2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

We accept refund or replacement requests in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product received: If you receive a different product to what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost.
• Product damaged in transit: If a product arrives physically damaged (broken vial, damaged packaging), contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
• Order not received: If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch notification, we will investigate and, where the order is confirmed lost, either reship or refund at our discretion.
• Purity dispute: If you independently test a product and find the purity materially deviates from the CoA we provided, contact us with your test results within 30 days of receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any way;
• Products returned without prior written authorisation from us;
• Orders where the incorrect product was specified at the time of ordering;
• Orders delayed by customs authorities (see Section 5);
• Products where the customer has changed their mind after ordering;
• Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.

• Packages seized, confiscated, or held by customs authorities;

We do not reship or refund orders that are seized by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that importing research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction before ordering.

Dispatch Timescales

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet outer packaging. There is no company name, product description, or any identifying information on the exterior of the package. The return address is a PO box. All lyophilised compounds are packaged with desiccant silica gel and, where required, insulating material to maintain product integrity during transit.

Customs & Import Duties

The buyer is solely responsible for:

• Verifying that importation of research compounds is lawful in their destination country
• Paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees
• Compliance with all local regulations

Velox Peptides is not liable for packages that are seized, held, or confiscated by customs authorities. We will not reship or refund orders lost to customs.
