Velox Peptides ships worldwide to 60+ countries. UK orders go via Royal Mail Tracked 24 from the UK; international orders via Royal Mail International Tracked. All prices are shown in GBP (£).

UK delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24. All UK orders ship via this service as standard. A tracking number is supplied by email at dispatch.

Delivery is attempted by your local Royal Mail delivery office; if you are not in, a card is left and the parcel returned to the local office for collection or redelivery.

Cost: £3.80 flat rate. Free on orders over £100. Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days.

International delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders outside the UK ship via Royal Mail International Tracked with end-to-end tracking. All international prices are charged in GBP (£) — zone-based:

Europe: £9.99 — 3–6 working days.
North America: £12.99 — 5–8 working days.
Rest of world (incl. New Zealand, Latin America, Africa): £13.99 — 7–14 working days.

Free international shipping on orders over £150. International customers are responsible for compliance with all local import regulations. Velox Peptides is not liable for customs duties or delays at border.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders received at the weekend or on a public holiday dispatch on the next working day once payment has cleared.

Delivery area

United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man.

Worldwide - we ship to 60+ countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa and Oceania. The full list of supported destinations appears in the country selector at checkout.

For parcel-safety reasons we don't currently ship to a small number of high-enforcement regions (parts of South and South-East Asia, the Middle East, and a few others) — these simply won't appear at checkout. Orders to unsupported regions entered in error will be refunded.

UK: £3.80 flat rate, free on orders over £100.

International: from £9.99 (GBP), free on orders over £150. Europe £9.99 · North America £12.99 · rest of world £13.99.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no external branding. Inner packaging identifies Velox Peptides on the invoice and certificate of analysis documentation.

If your order does not arrive

UK Tracked 24 parcels are normally delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch; international parcels within the estimated window for your zone. If your UK parcel is not received within 10 working days, or your international parcel within 21 working days of the dispatch confirmation email, contact support@veloxpeps.com with your order reference and tracking number.
