Velox Peptides ships to the UK and EU. UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 from Northern Ireland. EU orders via Royal Mail International Tracked.

UK delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24. All UK orders ship via this service as standard. A tracking number is supplied by email at dispatch.

Delivery is attempted by your local Royal Mail delivery office; if you are not in, a card is left and the parcel returned to the local office for collection or redelivery.

Cost: £3.80 flat rate. Free on orders over £80. Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days.

EU & Europe delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders to EU member states and EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Switzerland) ship via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Available countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Cost: €9.99 flat rate. Free on orders over €100. Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days. Prices shown in EUR at checkout (GBP × 1.18 fixed rate).

EU customers are responsible for compliance with all local import regulations. Velox Peptides is not liable for customs duties or delays at border.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders received at the weekend or on a public holiday dispatch on the next working day once payment has cleared.

Delivery area

United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man.

European Union & EEA — all EU member states plus Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland.

We do not ship to any other countries. Orders from non-supported regions entered in error will be refunded.

Shipping cost

EU & Europe: €9.99 flat rate, free on orders over €100.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no external branding. Inner packaging identifies Velox Peptides on the invoice and certificate of analysis documentation.

If your order does not arrive

Tracked 24 parcels are normally delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch. If your parcel is not received within 10 working days of the dispatch confirmation email, contact veloxpeps@gmail.com with your order reference and tracking number.
