General questions

Are your research peptides legal to buy in the UK?
Yes. All peptides sold by Velox Peptides are supplied strictly for in vitro scientific research purposes only. They are not licensed medicines and are not for human consumption. Their sale and purchase for research purposes is lawful in the UK.
What purity standard are Velox Peptides compounds?
All compounds are HPLC-tested to a minimum purity of 98%, with most compounds tested at 99% or higher. The exact batch-verified purity is shown on each compound page and on the certificate of analysis supplied with every order.
Is a certificate of analysis supplied?
Yes. Every order includes a batch-specific certificate of analysis documenting HPLC purity, mass spectrometry molecular weight confirmation, and physical appearance. Previous batch CoAs are archived in the CoA library.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. UK delivery is 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24. EU & Europe delivery is 3–5 working days via Royal Mail International Tracked.
How do I pay for research peptides?
Payment is via GoCardless Instant Bank Pay — select your bank, approve in your banking app, and your order is confirmed immediately. UK customers can also pay by manual bank transfer to our Zempler Bank account. Bank transfer is not available for EU orders. Full payment details are provided at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Yes — we now ship to EU member states and EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Switzerland). EU orders ship via Royal Mail International Tracked at €9.99 flat rate (free over €100). EU customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations. We do not ship outside the UK and EU/EEA.
What currency are EU prices shown in?
EU prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) at checkout. The conversion from GBP uses a fixed rate of 1.18 (£1.00 = €1.18). Payment is taken in EUR via GoCardless Instant Bank Pay.
Can I order on behalf of a company or laboratory?
Yes. If you require a VAT invoice made out to a company or research institution, include the company name and billing details at checkout or email veloxpeps@gmail.com after ordering.
How should I store research peptides after delivery?
Lyophilised peptides are stable at 2–8°C when kept desiccated and protected from light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water (0.9% BnOH), solutions are stable at 2–8°C for up to 28 days. See the individual compound page for compound-specific storage notes.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Orders that have not yet dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund by emailing veloxpeps@gmail.com. Once dispatched, research compounds are non-returnable for handling and chain-of-custody reasons. Full refund and returns details are in our refunds policy.
Are you evaluated by the MHRA?
No. Velox Peptides supplies research reagents for in vitro scientific research only. Our products are not medicinal products within the meaning of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and they have not been evaluated by the MHRA or FDA.
